One star for good service, the other for nice viewCould give a third because they have a lot of stuff for kids but for me personally that’s not a plusI had food that was neither great nor terrible but could’ve easily been improved through seasoning or removing the hard skin of the eggplantThe smoothie was terrible. Not blended together. Weird taste. Not gone bad though, just really bad

When we first arrived at the restaurant, there was a server who greeted us with a big smile on her face and offered to try and find us a table though the restaurant was packed and quite a few reservations had been made. A woman whom I assume was the hostess (blonde hair, blue eyes, short) walked up to her and asked if we had a reservation, the server told her no we didn't and she immediately went No

The food was amazing , the service was great. The things they only have dry wine and my friends are not so much as wine people as I am so couldn't have that. Had to settle for cocktail which were great in taste not so much for the quantity. Overall the place is beautiful and would go back .

Absolutely amazing venue in general. Situated next to Gladdespruit river. The view is spectacular. The food and cocktails are definitely a must-so delicious!!!Staff are friendly and welcoming. Service is professional. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere awesome and unique to take your family and friends. They often have live music too which is lots of fun. To top it all off there is the resident cutie who comes to visit - Sam the Golden Retriever. Friends is a pet friendly restaurant which is rare in the Lowveld.

I didn't eat anything there, went for drinks and atmosphere. I'll definitely recommend to anyone because of the amazing service, I wish I could remember my waitress name but I can't. She was so amazing and very honest about everything. Absolutely loved my day there.

Absolutely lovely place for food, drinks and relaxation by the river. You can also go on a walk. You can bring your dog. I love this place.

Delicious food and great location right on the river! We tried the blue cheese and beef salad and the burger, both were exceptional. Service was great. The food is a bit pricey but most dishes have expensive ingredients and the portions were generous.
