Fast and efficient. They did a good job on my wife's car. I was surprised when they phone on the day they said would be ready to say it was available for collection. Much better than my previous experience when I had to wait about 7 weeks for the car.Well done.

this has got to be the most useless panel beater in KZN.. their idea of client services get 0 out of 10.. all you get is endless promises that i will call you back in 10 MIns with the answer as to when my parts are arriving.. this has been going on for over 10 days..if there was NIL star they would get it.."

It was bad, a 4 day job took 6 weeks and I had to physically go there as they were not taking calls. They claimed that parts were procured and I will get my car on a certain day and when I went there they told me parts were missing. Hell they are now telling me stories about my original car mats as they were not in the car when I got the car.

I experienced the WORST service ever!!! The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. The receptionist seems to have no idea what's going on. The only time you ever get an update about your vehicle repairs is when you phone them yourself, and that would be at least 3 times or more before they actually answer the phone! Don't even bother leaving a message because no one ever does get back to you.

I received an extremely poor service from Raven Panel Beaters. My vehicle just never got attention over a period exceeding 1Month, 3Weeks despite the fact that the insurer had already approved the claim and issued authorization for repairs.

Trash service. I keep calling to find out whats happening with my car. They say they will check and get back to me. No one bothers to call me back. The customer service is terrible.
