Vanilla Cafe
Went there with 3 couples and kids because they have a play area (which is great) ordered food and drinks straight away. Took about 30min for coffees to arrive and after 1 hour we asked if they had started to cook our food yet which they hadn't so we asked for the bill and left with empty tummies and grumpy children. Could do better communicate about slow service.

Absolute shambles.Understaffed, incredibly slow and food was poor.We ordered a few breakfast options - which took nearly 2 hours to be served. Super simplistic dishes (such as the Chili bean). This meal is pretty much beans on toast with eggs. It was served cold. On top of this, the bread used was the Sasko/Albany type. At the price you pay, diners would expect sourdough or ciabatta.There seemed to be only 2 waiters on duty. The owner/manager seemed to only be interested in speaking to friends - instead of acknowledging that her team was under pressure, and jumping in to help.Our day and excitement for the weekend festival was spoilt by this terrible experience.Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Tasty food, well priced menu and good service. The 3 things that make for a great breakfast!Great for kids too as they have a nice play area in the back.Well worth a visit.

Very disappointed in the scones. Not freshly baked. Seems to have been frozen, defrosted and overheated in microwave to the point where it was extremely dry.Cappuccinos was nice with immatation cream.

A beautiful little place. Equipped for kids, so bring their swim costumes too. Also a spot for guys to watch sport. If you're a big group, service may be a bit slow but the staff are friendly, pizzas and drinks were good. If you're not someone who enjoys homemade burgers, I suggest you don't order that.

If your looking for a family oriented restaurant, this is it. Big open yard at the back with a small pool, jungle gym for the kids and space fir mom and dad to sit back and relax. Food is great, staff friendly.

Lovely place to stop for a bite with dogs or children.Food was lovely, nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Large outside area with a play area and a pool, fenced for children and dogs.

We as a family of 7 adults and 5 young children enjoyed Vanilla Cafe really a lot today, very good food, BUT the outside area, where the children play area is, is the smoking area! We went to the Vanilla Cafe, because the children could play safe, but we did not enjoy the smoking and I think it is against the law.
