Extremely poor service! Rather stay away from Trade Zone. They are clueless and are not able to deliver on time and when you phone, they are rude.

Please make sure you receive all your goods especially small packets.Made an order from Herholdts Group With Photo proof of the packet fuses that never came to delivery. Also did not receive a copy of the waybill form.At my loss as I signed even though I asked the courier where the packet is. I assumed it will come with the second courier

Very impatient and rudimentaly rude and incompetent delivery person from this company. Called to complain and had to endure this delivery another day late.Was received well though by company rep, thank you very much.

My package TZ 158189 were collected last week Wednesday and were sent to complete wrong town not as per address and still waiting for my goods and they are non responsive phone just rings but no response very poor service

I've never experienced such bad and unprofessional service like with this company. ...their drivers are rude and never deliver on time.as I'm typing this now one of their driver's dropped a call on me!

The driver never delivers on time. And don't notify me that my parcel has arrived if I am not around when they deliver. My parcel shows my home address but since they are used to delivering at my work place they deliver it there when I told them that I don't work there anymore. I am really not happy with their service.
