Been having issues from day one with packet loss and ping, internet switches off for 1 to 5 min every hour. Cant have a decent game at all I mostly connect my cellphone whenever I play online. Every time I call feels like you just say you going to fix the issue but completely ignore me. Shongweni already has bad internet why not make a change ? Would have upgraded to a 40mg by now if I felt your 10mg line was making a difference in my life. Would rather have telkom lines reinstalled. I had decent ping and could use my internet when needed... if you actually cared please respond or I will consider changing companies

I am deeply disappointed in such a pathetic attempt by a company. I received better internet with a pan and lighting rod connected with a string than these troglodytes' cables. I expect improvenmt asap. ASAP

Pathetic Service and response. Save yourself the trouble.You replied that you willing to assist but you cannot even return calls for messages left. So how can you assist a client!Update: After canceling and moving to another provider without changing anything on the equipment my line speed is 5x faster then before.Just goes to show the ASAP internet was cheating me on my line speed all this time over the years.

I would just like someone to come back to me! Phoned, sent email as requested, replies went to my spam then phoned again told to check spam, completed survey and submitted, still no one has contacted me! Is this really how you attract customers?

Terrible service with ASAP. Fibre is down atleast once a month.You phone and log a call and never ever get feedback you have to keep calling and following up.Just pathetic service all round will be changing providers soon.

More down time than an old Ford.And then charge you a premium for it.Absolutely pathetic service with no communication whatsoever to their customers.Just sit and collect their recurring revenue every month, but don't plan for the future.3 days with intermittent internet issues and just a sorry,internet will be restored in 20minutes.Pick up your socks ASAP!

Like everyone else, my demand for internet skyrocketed when the pandemic hit. The last thing I've needed was internet trouble whilst trying to take online tests/exams/lectures throughout each day of the working week. #newstudentlifeI am truly grateful for moving to ASAP fiber this year as I can count the number of quickly resolved problems on my hand. You cannot go wrong with choosing ASAP fiber.
