One of the main reasons I joined Dynamic Health, the gym is small, the trainers are in really good shape, the management is SO professional, the atmosphere is awesome. My trainer, Vicky has an amazing physic, that gives me confidence in her, also, I have seen her transform her customers bodies into really good shape. Vicky is one amazing trainer.

Your local gym for those who prefer an alternative to a commercial gym. Knowledgeable personal trainers who are a cut above the rest and a fully equipped facility, including calisthenics, kickboxing, and all the weights you could wish for. Membership is just R100/month as long as you hire a trainer or it's R300/month (All contracts are month to month with a 30 day notice period)
