Biggest waste of money. Paid almost R1000 only to have a couple of face creams put on face. No machinery was used, didn't even get a massage and it was barely 45 minutes.

Wow! I'm very impressed. With salons closed I've been battling to get hold of my Olaplex hair products. Finally I turned to the internet. I was met with very friendly service, where they created an account, placed and invoice my order and all that was left for me was to pay. They said it would arrive with 2 - 3 days. I've never dealt with them so was very nervous after paying over the cash, but WOW! It's the next day and I just received my order, within 24 hours AND their price was cheaper than any of the other online distributors. Thank you ever so much. Will be using this again.

I went there for the R650 crystal peel, once there I was told I need another 3 treatments before the peel at R3600 and over R1000 worth of products. I refused and paid the consultation fee. They also say that they dont advise the crystal peel in winter. I responded to an advert posted in winter for a crystal peel. For me it feels that the advert was just to lure people, because I had been communicating with them for weeks over WhatsApp about my appointment but no one mentioned that they don't support crystal peel in winter.
