Absolutely worst place. We have had much better service at other electrical stores. We entered and the staff looked bored and uninterested. When we went to pay for our things the lady taking the money had a terrible attitude because we couldn’t understand what she was saying. Maybe she shouldn’t talk so low because she IS behind a glass window. Spend your money elsewhere

The worst possible service you can have at a store.We purchased a Back up battery for an event on Monday to be delivered Monday to find out after purchase they sold it to some one else to order our one in. We bought it for a wedding one Friday. On Wednesday following up with them, Neil did not follow up with me, I found out the above, the promise I would have it Friday morning. It is now Saturday with out my battery and my wedding is about to start.They don’t care and they don’t try make a solution. Be very careful if u expect follow ups or service from This branch.- The above review was given, one of the manages sorted out our problems and proceed to pay for an electrician to fix the bad service we received. They came to the party. Thank you for realising a mistake and rectifying it.

The customer service is very poor! The staff ignore the clients and make you feel like they are doing you a favour to attend to you. The only positive is the easy parking in front of the shop.
