This was by far the best service I've ever received from an auto body and this coming from a pedantic guy. Staff is attentive and agile.Dom (owner) gave an exceptional service and not to mention the above and beyond lengths that he took to make sure they worked immediately on the car, quick turnaround time and ensured I was dropped off at home and to personally deliver the car after completion of the job.

My car is like brand new. Before I took it to Auto Body it looked horrifying. Dominique and his crew did an amazing job fixing my car.Dominique insured that there was a quick turnaround on my vehicle as I needed my car for work.He kept in close communication with us regarding how my vehicle was doing and how far they were in every step of the process.We never once had an issue with them. They were quick and they still did a fantastic job.They are kind and understanding.

I certainly did not have the 5 star experience with Lanseria Auto Body. Either these reviews are misleading, or my car was handled differently.Some components were not fitted or aligned properly. There's overspray on the vehicle. Part of the paint work has cracked. I've also identified scratches post the repairs. My car interior was filthy when I collected it. They really didn't care.I didn't come first as a customer. The only time I got feedback on the repairs was when I had to pay. The lack of accountability, decisiveness, and reassurance made me anxious the entire time. You had my vehicle for 3 weeks. Surely you could've delivered better quality in that timeframe. I am not a happy customer.

I am not surprised Dom has so many 5 star reviews. The fact that this industry is generally full of sharks, it’s refreshing to find someone so honest, helpful and customer orientated. It’s business’s like this that deserve to grow and expand. Dom and his team, have always been quick to communicate and helpful during what can be a relatively stressful situation. I would recommend his services to anyone and won’t take my car to anyone else. Thanks Dom for always going beyond.

Lanseria autobody is the best I have used. Professional services and Dominique is obsessed with his customers. Usually, businesses will try and extort money from customers but this business does the opposite. They try to save you money while still giving you the quality that your vehicle deserves. If I ever have car troubles anywhere in Gauteng, I will call Dominique because I know I will not have to worry if things will be done properly.

I highly recommend Lanseria Autobody. The service was out this world and very professional. From the day I took my car for an inspection until day of collection post repairs the team was available for any questions, solutions and most importantly I was informed of the process. The actual work was of high quality and delivery was within agreed timelines (note I was even accommodated on a Saturday for pick up) That showed professionalism and great customer experience.

This is one of the best panelbeaters I have had to deal with. Both Dominique and Thumone have offered excellent customer service and were honest with the pricing – actually saved me tons of money.
