The staff at this branch is very friendly and helpful. I got assisted by a guy named Khutso, he was very patient with me and he helped a lot with getting the right size as I struggle a lot with small sizes. I highly recommend this branch

They had the shoes that we where looking for, and we got service when we needed. The problem is that the music was so loud that we had to shout at each other. Staff was shouting at each other and it made the experience miserable.

Worst customer service in the whole entire country. Absolutely pathetic and disrespectful customer service. They advertise products at misleading and incorrect prices, then claim error when challenged by fair consumers act. Dudu, the person at the counter would not honour prices and will report them to the Consumers Department.Will be phoning there head office, to lay complaints.
