Good service & excellent products

At first I was billed for breakage deposit about 3 -4 times and I was not aware and I didn't get the deposits back. When I saw the amounts being charged were more than my calculations I ask for an explanation and was informed about the deposit. Sometimes I'd ask for it and I would be refunded sometimes I'd forget to ask and I was never refunded. I was robbed in December 10th and lost my devices including my purse and I had promised to make a payment later that day. I informed the stuff members and got a new cell number and gave them my Numbers, as a result I was unable to make the payments. I ask them to check and confirm my deposits amounts so I could pay the difference, I even gave them dates to refer back to. The owner Shaun lost it and told me to pay him, I was not refusing to pay I just ask for my deposits amounts and was willing to pay the difference. Even at that I secured a customer and ask for equipment from them so I could use my profit to pay them, they refused to assist.Was I wrong to ask for my deposits? I called him in January 2023, he didn't want to discuss my deposits. I called him again in April, he just want his money and says nothing about my deposits. What should I do? I have attorneys but had such a good business relationship with Shaun I don't want to mess it up.

I had a terrible experience with this company.They are extremely disorganized. They are unable to give a timeframe for when they will deliver untill the driver is actually leaving their warehouse" and you are just expected to just be ready and waiting for them.The tent they delivered was filthy
