Absolutely infuriating yea, slow, customer service are worse than AI bots, months now telling us the bloody problem but not resolving it. Zero stars should be an option yea.

Very bad customer service and the technicians are on a slow go too, same as their wifi network.You pay for a certain meg internet speed line but get something else in return. A very very slow internet service provider.But by end of month they expect you to be a good paying customer.

Honestly the worst Internet ever. We have complained multiple times about our internet being off or slow. They always just say that everything is testing fine on their end. We are currently paying for a 6meg line but we almost never get the full 6meg if we are lucky we will get 2meg. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. it doesn't help talking to them or anyone at head office as nothing happens. Unfortunately we live in a remote area and no one else can provide us internet so we have to stay with them. I don't want to bad mouth any one but this is really starting to become a problem.

Never never have a full week of connectivity. Always issues. Affects my securityMegs ModiMollie fixed the internet beginning of March to a dedicated line and since then, now 10 days I have had no issues and the internet working faster. Thanks you for attending to the issues and fixing the problem on the internet

You pay for a certain line but don't get that speed.Internet is constantly extremely slow and every time I talk to Megs all they can say is that it is their suppliers fault, it is out of their control and that their suppliers are working on it. Its been months... I do not recommend this internet service provider!
