Writing a review to say that I have no idea how good or bad the service is.Two e-mails to them and calls every day with no answer. Does not seem like a legitimate company at all. I presume service may be the same

I live in the western cape and was interested in the Helite airbag/vest for motorcycles. I emailed this company and received a friendly very helpful response stating that Trac Mac Bellville stock the Helite products. I visited the shop and looked at the vests. I was very impressed with the quality and simplicity of the Helite. I bought a suit having fitted it over my riding jacket. Previously I have worn full leather race suits with an aftermarket back protector. What has always concerned me is the lack of protection for my neck and chest. I was involved in an accident 2 years ago when an oncoming car turned across my path over a barrier line which caused a head on collision. I was traveling at 80kph but suffered 8 broken ribs, Lung contusions and small intestine rupture. I was put in ICU for 2 weeks..I have recovered fully and and riding regularly now. I discovered the Helite on you tube videos and it is a brilliant product designed and made in France. It is also being used by cyclists and horse riders. You have full protection if a car hits you from behind when you are stationary. The airbag in the suit will inflate. I used the vest on Sunday and it was easy to use and very reassuring to have on. The hard back protector fitted offers brilliant protection for your spine even before the airbag deploys. I love motorcycles and have had 2 friends die in accidents in the past 10 years. I have also witnessed many accidents on the road. I truely believe that the Helite will reduce/ prevent massive injuries in an accident. Please investigate this product. It is brilliant. Ride safe.
