The servers are SO amazing and kind here. They have comfy seating, great local wine and beer options, and we really enjoyed the half chicken & the chicken avo wrap.

Food ain’t it. The service is very slow but my waiter is so sweet and soft spoken. She recommended a great dry wine. My total nachos, tap water and wine was $240RAND S.A. I ordered the Mexican nachos and they are gross. Haha.The food is blah but it’s probs the only option for International gates so here is where i am eating. The food took about 41 minutes to come out from when I ordered it. The pricing is not that high for an airport and compared to US prices. The food i ordered was a dry red wine, tap water and Mexican nachos from the tapas.

If you have time to use and you're hungry or thirsty, you can't really go wrong here.Pros: we had onion rings and a vegetarian toasted sandwich with chips, the food came out in a reasonable time after ordering, and it tasted good, the price is very reasonable. Very good selection of drinks available. Seating is clean, comfortable and contemporary.Cons: we were not welcomed to a seat, service was a bit slow, we ending up getting our food before the cutlery, and plastic cutlery we got. We asked for some sauce with took a while to arrive. Service is the main downfall here.If this review was helpful please like it :) enjoy and have a safe flight.

This was my very first stay in Capetown and I must say my experience at this restaurant in the airport ended my trip horribly. The restaurant was NOT crowded at the time we arrived and we were signaled to seat ourselves. We waited an entire 20 mins to be served with tons of free waitress roaming around being prejudiced and only choosing to tend to white and asian passengers from what I observed. Some situations you have to see to believe I should have taken a video of this whole experience but I was too disappointed. The waitress played themselves out of a great tip as we have no use for rands and was going to give them the remaining of what we had left which was more than a generous tip. Hire less ignorant people & more servers/host that are businesslike and customer service oriented. I will be adding this experience to my vlog.

This is the only restaurant at the international gates, after you passed security - so due to the lack of alternatives, i assume most hungry people will end up here ;)The interior looks modern and nice, and also the menue looks quite decent - besides the fact that there are hardly any vegetarian and no vegan options.I have to say that i only made good experiences with the staff - they were welcoming, very friendly and also attentive.Unfortunately i did not read the comments here before ordering, and got a pizza. It is edible, yes, but i agree that the base tasted like coming from a microwave. I was able to finish it, but did not necessarily enjoy it. I think i should have gone for a salad instead.Also getting plastic cutlery despite eating there was weird and - just like the meat-heavy menue - not sustainable

The food is okay, there are very little vegetarian options (veggie wrap and pizza) but I wouldn’t rate it bad for thatThe staff were so so bad at doing their jobThe place wasn’t even 20% full and there were so many waitresses all around, but it took me 5 minutes to go and get the menu myself, they never look your way unless you wave, even when they do, they’ll wait to see your waitress nearby and won’t bother coming themselves or looking for herI ordered a pizza and a smoothie, the smoothie was nice but it took about 15 minutes to get it. Getting the pizza took about 10 minutes more, the pizza is okay, but it really feels like a dough base you buy at the supermarket, and not a good one.They use plastic cutlery, and plastic straws.Even though the plate and the glass are permanent, so they have a dishwasherVery poor restaurant, unless you have lots of time to burn, just buy a snack somewhere.They do have plugs for charging everywhere though

Looks like things have improved a bit. Better food, better service.Review of 11 months ago. 1 star.Friendly waitress. Very good chips but the burgers where very disappointed. Very dry bread. Not impressed.

As a last meal before boarding my flight back home, I had a really nice experience. The food was delicious and the service time was quick as well. Our waitress was very friendly and even provided the additional info we wanted. So i really don't understand the poor ratings of this nice restaurant. From my point of view it's just being under rated for nothing!

Not quite sure of the low ratings. Service was fairly quick and the nachos tasted as expected. Added some spicy chorizo on top for some protein, chips weren’t soggy and good topping/chip ratio
