We bought a twin tub washing machine. It stopped working on 15th December 2022. There is a lady working there by the name of Clara. She assisted me through the whole process. Even after the machine was fixed she checked up to make sure it's working perfectly. Thank you

Great service overall. We bought a 43' JVC Android TV but had a complaint about the particular TV we got, the Store Manager by the name Tshephang assisted us in resolving the issue and the process was smooth. Great customer service and great product knowledge from their Sales team!

We bought a Epson L3150 and it didn't want to print wireless and we took it back and they checked it and the guy couldn't connect as well ,we asked for our money back or replace it and the sales lady Martha told us that she need to confirm to the the manger Cindy who is incompetent she told us she need to book the printer before she can do anything it's been within 14 days of the return policy she has not come back to us
