very bad experience....i took my car there last week and they said its a petrol pump only to find out that they were wrong...but now my car is worse than before its even stuck and showing signs that were not there before on the dashboard.They charged us 800 to release the car,im frustrated right now

The professional service that I experienced was great,and unusual to find these days. I dealt with a Riaan over the phone who sourced a part for me. Within minutes he had emailed quotations through and was great to deal with at all times. Based on my experience I would recommend them.

Worst service I ever received. Took my bakkie for diagnosis and found out two injectors needed to be replaced. I ordered them and they took long to arrive, when I got them I gave it to Samole at the reception, on the the 28th November 2022. Only to find out they only fitted one of the two injectors I gave them. Talked to the owner he said he wanted to confirm, we made an appointment which he didn't honor. Next thing he is telling me about warranty.Be careful when taking your cars in, mark your old parts, take pictures, etc. They are just ordinary backshop crooks.

At 15:00 on a Friday afternoon, I took a chance at Derrick's Diagnostics to replace my front brake caliper and brake pads.They immediately assisted me, sorry no...they went out of their way to assist, even though they are fully booked. They inspected every little detail, kept me informed at all times. Professional, excellent customer service and well priced.I highly recommend Derrick's Diagnostics.

I bought a used engine from Derrick's after a very bad experience with another dealer the week before. They assisted me in such a proffesional manner. When I needed sone additional assistance with the engine, they went out of their way to check every little sound on the engine to ensure that it was perfect.. I highly recommend them if you need any used spareparts or any work to be done on your vehicle.. I will always go back to Derricks. Ask for Jaco at spares although the while team is excellent. Dawie at the Repairs will keep you updated on progress made on your vehicle..
