What a beautiful and comfortable hotel, we enjoyed our short stay here, very much. Great interior decor, good dstv, clean, and such helpful staff. Close to lots of interesting shops and eating venues. Would love to return oneday.

Lovely hotel. In the middle of the pretty Plett CBD. Modern, fresh and functional and the food at the Adi restaurant is delicious. Nice views from the hotel rooms. Quiet and peaceful at night. Main Street in front of hotel is very safe at day and night with all the security guards and police everywhere watching out for you. Nice bars and restaurants everywhere around and lovely little shops for some retail therapy. Can definitely recommend staying here

we were ravers staying for a week in december.had great rooms and services, staff were very kindwould like bigger, more modern balconies but to some it would go unnoticed.

Shower was blocked. Mattress not comfortable and needs to be replaced. No one at reception when I checked out or 40 min later when I was collected. Food from Adi's Kitchen very good and affordable.

Best experience ever from booking to arrival to our stay. Lovely staff stunning accommodation best in house restuarant experience well done to all. Cant wait to go back. This place is highly recommended. Good value for money. Well done once again your staff are all amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bay View Hotel for the weekend and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. The room we were originally booked in had some issues with the air conditioning and generator noise, but the hotel staff were quick to offer us an upgraded room at no additional cost. This really demonstrated their commitment to ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Overall, I would highly recommend Bay View Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The staff, especially Kelly, were top-notch and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a lovely hotel that has recently been refurbished. The fixtures and fittings are up to date and modern. My room was very comfortable. The service was excellent and I felt welcome everywhere. The restaurant makes excellent breakfasts and your included breakfast with your stay is as good as it gets. The room rate was very good, although this was a winter special. If you want a great and affordable stay I the heart of Plett, then this is a great option.

The property and facilities are OK fr a 3 star hotel, but too pricey. You can get far much better properties fr that price. Breakfast has too many restriction.
