Mmmm, Not quite sure if the staff wanted to assist me or not.Enquired if they had stock of the product I needed and was informed that they did not have stock.I had to ask when they will be receiving with a not so convincing answer, maybe next week.They did not offer to take my details, to inform if stock has arrived or suggested a alternative.Unfortunately do to this I will not return.

This was really the worse experience I had ever encountered at a Kryolan!!!!I am totally and utterly dissatisfied with the level of service I received today!!!I would not recommend this branch AT ALL!!!!!
