They didn't do the hairstyle I showed on the picture, ,. When you tell them what you want they always suggest something else, when you know exactly what you need . When I asked for undo bcs really thats not what I wanted. they are not apologatic , I liked the salon though and wanted to use it as my main salon for hair n nails. but they don't take customer complains seriously, Every customer shiuld be a priority no matter how full your business is but treat every customer as the only one you have.

I went to the Salon two weeks ago wanting to do my nails but started by asking for their prices and the disinterested responses and plane profiling turned me off. I ended up going to a different establishment and was treated with respect and professionalism not judged for what I was wearing at the time.

Lovely recetion from friendly staff as you walk in. Mirriam was professional and explained her process and very gentle with her hands. She did a good job with individual lashes which cost R350, however neighbouring salons cost R300. Gelish nails available for R150. Wasn't very busy so didn't have to wait in line. Store is near 1 first entrance by fnb

If you want BAD service go to Romeo and Juliet,Did Foux locks a month ago went back to unplate it as the Lady advised that when I want to take them down I must come back to her upon my arrival Lady had an excuse that she is waiting for a client" . The lady who assisted me shaved part of my hair OFF

Went there for my lashes on Saturday (27 March). I explained to the lash tech what I wanted and that I wanted long and voluminous lashes and when I opened my eyes, my lashes were so short and I almost couldn't see for an hour due to the glue that went into my eyes. I also indicated that I only wanted a fill but then the lash tech proceeded to do a new set which she insisted on and I had to pay R350 instead of R200. My eyes still hurt and I'm probably going to get an infection due to the amount of glue residue that went into my eyes. Please contact me as soon as possible or you will be receiving a letter of demand. Thank you.

This salon has the absolute worst management I've ever experienced. The waxing area is untidy and dirty, the lady who waxes did the worst job and they continued to charge me R350 and I know of places that are less and do a great job. Nothing in this salon makes sense when you enter the Salon there's no order it's like the people there aren't qualified, there are more salons in the mall to choose from that do great jobs please don't be tempted to choose this salon, you'll regret it. I've been there twice and I was disappointed both times.

Not entirely impressed. Therapist does not pay attention to detail with the nails. Finish underneath was not good and the nails were not same size and not smooth.

Went to the salon saw on the door pensioners discount on Wedsday when I ask the receptionist to include the discount she said I must tel them a day before its too late to gave me a discount is that how they treat there senoir citizens just walked away will never ever go there its a shame
