Poor, ordered by phone. Told to que. No fast track for pre orders. I requested the owners number at the time. The request was denied. Now that the complain is in the public domain they want my cobtact details. Readers this owner instructed his employees to not give his number. He is not interested in customer complaints.

extremely unhappy. ordered a chicken cram-decker. it had almost no chicken,in all layers of the pizza. the filled crust had pork instead of chicken even though the description online specified a chicken griller. (there should be an option for negative star ratings)The manager was slow and unhelpful, promised a refund but did not want to give the money back on time, and insists their own website is wrong. Clearly a case of incompetency in the way the store is run.After deciding to give this branch another chance, I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but once again their service was terrible. What do you call a pizza with almost no cheese? To make things worse, the pizza ordered was a vegetarian pizza.This branch should seriously consider new management

The worst ever service. I ordered online and never received the food yet they deducted their money. I called them and they kept saying they’ll get back to me until it was their closing time which is 8 bare in mind I ordered my food at 6. I have never been this angry. THE WORST HONESTLY!!!!

Been ordering from these guys pretty much weekly for the last 6-7 months, food has been consistent regardless of what I order.As a huge pizza fan, I'm satisfied and will continue to support the business. Might be worthwhile to note that I always get extra cheese with Debonairs.As far as I'm concerned, this is the only Debonairs in Newcastle (Newcastle Corner). And it is the only one I will support for the foreseeable future.Don't waste your time with the one in town unless you want dry bread, you rather go buy Albany instead.

A little bit of disappointment. Waited too long, to be precise, more than an hour to receive my pizza. Management should be able to know their busiest days so as to beef up their staff. A room for improvement

Ordered the exact same item on the app for 3 days in a row. On the 4th day, i get a call saying its not possible to make my meal. In other words iv been robbed for 3 days right? Or is it incompetent staff?
