I purchased a Rock hard" Wendy from them in November 2021. The "Rock hard" material it is made from is flimsy and breaks easily. I had to reinforce the whole inside with wood paneling. All the nails on the outside of the Wendy is rusting and looks ugly. I contacted them and they came out and repainted the Wendy house. May 2022 and the rusted nails are again rusting and looking as bad as before the repaint
