Had an amazing day today with short notice booking and they accommodated me, we chatted and laughed it was very lovely to meet all the ladies and the business owner and daughter.I hope my next visit home to visit them

Appointment at 1pm and waited 15 minutes until my treatment can begin. It didn’t seem like my booking was confirmed as the nail technician was out of the salon. My treatment had been booked for a soak off and acrylic tips. Before the soak off could begin the nail technician had advised that it’s an extra charge should the soak off take longer than usual as my previous set was not done at their salon. I did ask if that’s stipulated on the price list and also noted that my treatment started late and irrespective of how long my soak off takes now it’s still longer due to the delay. I have been to many nail salons for years and this is the first place that charges clients an increased amount for a longer soak off time which is not on a price list. Nail technician also seemed like in a hurry to try and accommodate me and also advised on cheaper quicker nail treatments which I didn’t want.The ambience and aura of the salon is not tranquil at all and some kind of professionalism should be in place.I had cancelled the acrylic treatment and stated that I had to leave. I thereafter booked myself at Sorbet and the nail technician at Sorbet had told me that there had still been product on my nails from my previous set. I had to do a second soak off at sorbet.This left me very frustrated at this nail salon and will not come back.

Please DO NOT visit this salon if you're looking to get your nails done.The nail tech I saw1)filed into my nail bed, the skin is raw and inflamed.2)Three of my nails are extremely skew, which she laughed at, made a joke about it and said she would fix it, but did not.3) her nail files, clippers and kit were FILTHY and old.4) I did not see her sanitize her kit once or clean the table.The entire salon is honestly disgustingly dirty. The atmosphere was not tranquil or calming AT ALL. I saw someone messed up a booking and I realised soon after that I was double booked with someone else, so she rushed to finish my nails and attend to her next client.My chair was placed right in the way of the door entry so I had a few people bash the chair as they walked in and out.No discount was offered on the extremely poor nail job. I had acrylic with tips, and the disappointment is immense.

I would go to Serenity 100 times over. Their customer service is unmatched. Everyone was so friendly and I felt so comfortable. Definitely an 11 out of 10!

Brandon does the most beautiful nails. I have never had a nail tech get the shape perfect first try. He has a client for life.

What a delightful experience!Initially, I already had a booking at another nail bar. I read their reviews and was very concerned about what people said, adding the ridiculous price to such reports of rudeness and poor service, I canceled my appointment.I came across Serenity and took a chance, and how glad I am for doing that. These techs work straight from the heart and with tons of knowledge and experience.
