Firstly a mention that EVERYTHING on the menu sounds delicious. I had a hard time making up my mind. I ended up ordering the line fish and calamari. WOW! I enjoyed every bite!The staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. I'll definitely recommend. I'll definitely be back to try another item on that mouthwatering menu.

Food was average at best. Hamburger was very small, but the price wasn't.Staff waited on us when necessary but seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving.If you like dark places with loud music, this is what you are looking for as far as the atmosphere is concerned. More of a bar (pub) than a restaurant.

Lovely little place with a view (if you sit in the bar area upstairs). There was a lovely fire going to beat the cold weather. Service was excellent. We never had to look for a waitor, someone was always available at the right time without being obtrusive. Food was good but they are on the expensive side. The line fish was very dry and the hake too oily. The calamari however was phenomenal. Probably wouldn't go back based on what's available in the area vs cost but I'm glad we made the effort to pop by and check it out. The staff are really lovely

Over all some of the food is better than others there creamy mussels was really good but the kob fish was missing something. Staff was helpful and friendly.The only down fall is that if you sit up stairs and you need to eat the lighting is very bad almost dark.

The ribs and calamari were terrific! Service was slow, we received our food at the hour-plus mark, and the wait staff didn't come by too often between. The manager seemed engaged enough though. A little congested on the deck and they should really ask smokers to step downstairs and away from those of us that would like to smell our food and taste our wine, but overall an okay experience.

Great food though a bit pricey. Not a great variety of craft beers but they stock the local brews. The bar itself is nice and has the best options in the area. Really nice view and vibe from upstairs. I haven't sat downstairs yet, but it looks a bit more formal down there. Basically, downstairs is for romance and upstairs is for the younger crowd looking to have a good time with friends. I've been back several times and keep coming back because it has the most welcoming feel of any pub in Struisbaai/Agulhas. Especially for POC. During off-season it's also a nice little spot to work from. They have WiFi, good music and good coffee during the day and next time I go I'm taking my laptop with me.
