I took my laptop for repair. Gave them a new laptop with no scratches and it was noted on the invoice the were no scratches. When I fetched the laptop cos they couldn't repair the laptop, I inspected the laptop there were serious scratch marks and indentations which was caused by their technician. They did not appologise for the scratches or the marks that were caused. Thier workmanship is very bad

No work ethic! My grandfather took his computer there and charged him R1100 they told him they replaced the CPU, but now I see the invoice says CPU fan replacement. Then when it still didn't work they charged him another R300 and then he bought a laptop. This computer is an i3, good computer and they kept him waiting for over 2 weeks to just look at it. They ripped him off, and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! The technician found a wrapped up CPU in his car and asked what it was, my grandfather said it was what the receptionist put in his car when they fixed it the last time. Shocking .
