The service when I bought my phone was excellent, but to obtain tekephonic after-sales service is a nightmare.Nobody answers a phone - I now have to getinto my car and drive to the shop for a 30 seconds query. I am not amused.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. The people here are rude and super unhelpful. All I needed to do was get my PUK number, but the account was not yet in my name. They said they couldn’t help me, I had the letter of transferral but still had to get my id from home affairs before I could do the transfer. They were very rude about it, and just said sorry can’t help you sir. Meanwhile I walked out the shop, looked it up a bit myself and found I could just WhatsApp Vodacoms Tobi, to get my PUK number in less than a minute.

Thank you Jaco at Stellenbosch square's Chatz for efficiently sorting out a (very complicated) contract migration and upgrade. Friendly & professional throughout the process. Best experience I ever had in years dealing with vodacom shops. Highly recommend Chatz in the square for any upgrades and contract related matters. They know their stuff!

Ridiculous, I was told it would take five business days to activate my uncapped WiFi contract. Going on day 11 now without any success. They do not answer their phones. I would not recommend this store, nor vodacom to anyone.
