Super unprofessional, upon arrival i was quoted one price to wash and set halfway through they made up another price saying they didnt see i had thick curly hair..!! Absolutely unacceptable the girl burnt my scalp and added flaking hairspray to the front after straightening , will never go back there i wish i could leave 0 stars..!!

I didn't have an appointment, however the staff was very accommodating. Got my hair done quickly and it was done well. This salon is quite pricy, however worth it.

Absolutely terrible experience! Do NOT GO HERE if you care about your hair. R1500 down the drain for pathetic service + staff etiquette.We requested senior staff multiple times before booking the appointment.I've gone to multiple salons and never once did I come out with gummy hair which is falling out at a slight touch.Myself and my my mom went to the salon. I have bleached blonde hair (healthy) but roots need retouching. I explained to the lady what I wanted but she seemed confused until I explained how other salons do it i.e teasing method.1) She grabs the hair and teases it violently and applies bleach. Yanking consistently and causing pain on my scalp. I told her this and she has the audacity to say that she needs to yank the hair ????2) I was then seated on a broken chair which staff were aware and told me to sit on the edge of the seat in the corner ,infront of the waxing studio as people stood on my feet and walked pass. (????) . I sat there for an hour+ until I asked to be attended too .3) they use a dry towel to yank out dried bleach fm my brittle hair to re-apply another application. What cheap technique is this ? Use logic that on bleached hair, you can not use friction.4) they leave me for close to another hour with bleach 20 VOL. Come back to tell me they can't lift my virgin hair and that I need to choose bleach for the THIRD time or dark blonde colour over. I ask what is the issue as I faced no problems in alternate establishments previously and the stylist says it's because the products are different. Am I paying close to 1k for cheap products (???)I touch my hair and it begins falling..and stretching like bubble gum which made me decide that bleaching it for the third time would cause more damage.After back and forth, they colour my hair and now it is all mixed colors with green hue. I came in with black roots dissolving into blonde but now I'm left with coarse/broken hair that is multi colours.My hair can't be fixed and the entire length is damaged whereas I went in for just a root touch up. What logic is this ???But wait folks, that's not all! My mother had dadk brown hair and requestd light brown colour . They colored her hair black and left her forehead with dye streaks. We told the receptionist about the dye streaks and she says that my mother's makeup was cleaned off at the forehead.Is she implying my mother's face is darker at the forehead and that it was not a result of their disgusting dye job?Please. Do not COME HERE. The staff are incompetent and will use passive aggressive tones to bully you into believing you were a mistake for coming to their store.Condescending and puts the blame on me for not using products to keep my hair healthy when I CAME IN WITH healthy hair until your store messed it up. I have to unfortunately cut off majority of my long hair which is not recovered.

They messed up my hair so badly. I asked for a burgundy colour and now I'm ginger on the top and the bottom is still brown. Very very disappointed in my hair.

Pathetic. Paid R299 for a blowwave More pricey than Carlton and paul Mitchell and the service is terrible. Asked for brush curls. Got a wave which was just a bushy mess within an hour of leaving the salon.

OK if you want a quick service treatment without a prior appointment like a wash and set but the ladies seem to have no clue what they are doing. Took forever to get my hair toned and then it was darker instead of lighter when I was very specific about what I wanted. Very poor service and no sense of time I'd actually say that the staff boarder on being rude.

Beware new staff do not know what they are doing. I left the salon, covered in so much hair, my whole car was covered in hair, water dripping off my face and hair cut so badly that I'm embarrassed to leave my home. It can't be corrected either as the hair is hacked so short in places that I will just have to wait for it to grow out. Think twice before you use this facility now

Jade was an absolute darling. She really went above and beyond to accommodate me, being an hijabi it isn't always easy finding a salon that can accommodate me. Hair cut was done well.
