Custom Cakes by Joanne

Joanne made me a cake for my 2 year old niece's birthday. It was gorgeous (even better than the picture I sent her) and absolutely delicious. A rich moist chocolate cake.We aren't usually fans of butter cream but hers was delicious! You won't go wrong with Joanne!

The worst service ever in my entire life. From the response to the quality of work. I had a terrible experience from them which was surprising as the reviews seemed good hence I went to them.We had a cake ordered with them for our brother and because we are not from the area, we only went to collect and flavor not what we chose, the cake was not nice at all. We sent a watsapp message to her and she blocked us . And all we expected was a response to say what had happened. So disappointing.

I am utterly disappointed. I messaged Joanne on the 22nd of July 2022. Today is the 10th of August 2022 and all I got was an automated response from the 22nd. I am still awaiting the requested quotation.Whilst I accept that she has certain admin days. This is completely unacceptable.

Joanne is absolutely amazing and talented, I can’t recommend her enough, the cake we ordered was beautiful and absolutely delicious. Definitely our go to for any custom cakes from now on!

Very happy with her work, asked her to bake a cake for my son 4 days before his 1st birthday. She absolutely amazed me, from the taste, to the quality and the design. My husband and I were very impressed with everything. My son absolutely loved his cocomelen cake, he enjoyed it very much.

Due to his clients comments I think Joanne deserve a 5 star rates.... I've never ate her cake before but I wish I had one... I wish to order a for my fiance birthday is coming on 28 October but in terms of distance I couldn't not and that so sad

Very pleased with my Harry Potter my wedding cake. She is indeed very talented and gave us the best advice when it came down choosing designs. The cake not only looked amazing, it was also scrumptious. No regrets using her at all.

I contacted Joanne, requesting a birthday cake for my 2 year old son. Due to my my boy's obsession with Mr Bean, it seemed that was the best design to go with. Joanne was quick to respond and took precise note of the information details of my son. The final presentation was phenomenal, I haven't seen my son so excited before; his day was made incredibly special to have his favorite character presented with such passion and flare, in cake form. Not only was the cake classy in appearance, it was perfect in taste and texture; from sponge- to cream- to shell. Evidently this was not a rushed money-maker.We will certainly take this route for the future special events of all our offspring and ourselves.

We just had a cake for our sons 3rd birthday, and it was fantastic, looked even better than the pic I sent to Joanne of what we were looking for, and tasted amazing. Highly recommend and will be asking Joanne to do all our future cake orders!
