Great service in repairing any kway goods, only had good experiences and had the pleasure in visiting the factory and meeting the amazing staff

Bought a puffer jacket. Reported that the signage/logos are peeling off. Now after 2 years, I don't expect that to happen. None the less, I took it to a store Cape Union Mart Access Park, to ask if it can be reprinted. The shop assistant said he's sure but it'll come at a cost. Paying R1599 at the time and after almost two years I have to take it back to have the prints printed on. Needless to say, I said I'll pay to have it done. I was redirected to the Canal Walk store where it was purchased. (wanted to just dump the jacket right there and write off the R1600)Anyway, went to Canal Walk and was told to book the jacket in and they'll send it away for assessment and let me know if the prints can be done, but not sure if it's possible. (who gives these guys product training not knowing if something that simple can be done of not), bearing in mind I said I'll pay to have it done.

Not open to the public unfortunately. Should be stated clearly

To see the process of manufacturing well known K-WAY products was really interesting.
