I dont usually write reviews. But I am absolutely shocked at the poor customer service I have received. I paid R400 towards the electricity 18 days ago and it still does not reflect on my account. I have paid R100 four days ago and that is still not reflecting. I am currently on R8 credit and im so worried the power will get cut off. Why? Because of such poor customer service and I keep forking out. Absolutely shocked

The worst service, been complaining over a month, send emails, WhatsApp and even called but nothing I keep being over changed I have paid 1300 and it's already midmonth they cut off my power supply but can't even send me my statement and follow through.

The worst. Sometimes their website is not private/protected, making it impossible to recharge, and not safe to put in your details. Customer service not the best either.
