Clicks Pharmacy 3 Arts Village
Not open at 8am like it should be. Says on the door that it opens at 8am, yet at 8.20am it is still closed. And the staff behind the doors are rude and poorly trained in customer relations. The so called store manager cannot even answer a call properly or return a call..worst Clicks ever! Avoid at all costs, there are 2 more Clicks stores close by in Plumstead where the service is much better! And they are open on time

Clicks Pharmacy 3 Arts Village
This is the 2nd Sunday I've gone to this store (not consecutive Sundays) where I've sat outside waiting for it to open. It opens at 9 on a Sunday but the staff inside won't unlock until the pharmacist arrives...both times he was the cause for opening late with no apologies to customers or his colleagues who had to take the grief from shoppers for not being open on time.

Staff are helpful but... I drove to Clicks for a voucher. They only had sorbet cards which didn't work so they couldn't load the money on the card. If they knew these cards didn't work, I thought they would put more effort into stocking the correct cards.

Stay far away from this pharmacy. If you want to drop dead while waiting to be helped go to this pharmacy. Chronic meds are never ready. You never get help when you go for self medication. One person does this and even if the other person is not helping a customer, they will not assist anyone coming for self mmedication I changed my script to clicks Constantia Emporium, no problems.

I visited this clicks yesterday because I needed to buy makeup for my daughter for her school concert. I don't know much about makeup but the lady that helped me was so nice and patient. She guided me through and I managed to get all that I needed. THANK YOU, FOR A GREAT SERVICE.

First and last time I go to this clicks. I experienced such awful, judg-y and rude pharmacy staff. I have never in my life. Never left a shop feeling so awful. Left to Clicks by Emporium, just down the road, and was helped in seconds with no issues or judgement and a big smile on my face. Rather go to emporium or meadow ridge, you’re more likely to leave smiling and avoid this clicks.

The store is still new and it's quiet most often. A lady by the name of Candy assisted me today with some information. Just by asking a staff member how they are doing from a customer point of view made this women so happy to assist. It was asif no one had ever asked! They may just be staff but they are also people. Another member of the public just a small distance from me walked upto a staff member, didn't even greet or say excuse me are you able to assist but blurted out with such sourness.. where is this item(wont mention). It really pays to just show some respect to another

Surprisingly had the best experience ever!!! I was hesitant to get my chronic medication here, but I walked in at 18.35 to collect chronic medication and left by 18.42. The most quick and efficient process ever. The staff was also super friendly and patient too!!!
