I had a flat tyre on the evening of 23 Dec. At 09.30 on 24 Dec i arrived at Goodhope tyres Maitland. The receptionist was very helpful when I phoned before-hand and called me darling. The young manager offered to drive the car onto the ramp for me (78yr old woman).I gratefully accepted, everyone around was relieved too i suspect. They were busy but I didn't have to wait long to get the tyre repaired and back on the car. They were were quick efficient friendly. the manager drove it over to me and handed me the key.I said i will go and pay"." No need" he replied "Merry Christmas". What a wonderful present. Joy to the world and so very much appreciated. Thankyou Goodhope Tyres."
