Daylight robbery: I bought a set of couches in Pretoria West through lay-buy. Paid full price within the stipulated period by April 2023. Despite giving the shop notice that I'd be coming to make last payment and collect, I was redirected to collect the couches in Pretoria CBD. I got there, I was given 2nd hand couches that were used on the shop floor as display. The couches were damaged. The insides were showing and the legs were scratched and one of them had a crack. I showed them all this as they were loading onto my vehicle. I pointed out to the shop keeper and he said I must talk to the owner because he was only informed to quickly cover the couches" with plastic cling wrap before my arrival. Been a supporter of Vuma since 2014 before it became what it is today - to fix my cellphones

Is the Best shop to shop for almost every thing you need that are Non Food. You can buy Furniture,electronics, Tools and they also sell Car parts an offer Car Services for affordable prices. The shops are Registered. They sell trusted Equipment for Most of your everyday needs. Overall is like Amazon To me but affordable.

Bad services ever I will never recommend someone to use this poor service .their communication is so frustrating.I had to travel from Limpopo to their store just to make follow up that could have happened online.well I got to the store and the price was too much to fix the tv imagine the petrol i poured to reach out to them so tiringThis is bad service I will never wish to encounter in my life ever Vuma is such embarrassment
