When we started with the application of purchasing a house we were made a lot of promises, however since then we have been kept in the dark with our purchase, it is taking ridiculously long, no one answers any phones and when they do they put it down in your ear. We have to ask daily for updates or you wont receive any. The registration of our home is nowhere near complete and we are in month 4. Will not recommend them to anyone and this has been the most time consuming, frustrating, unprofessional service we have ever received.

Everything went smoothly but after registration they don't care I've been waiting for 4 months for them to claim my refund from municipality. No updates no nothing. I'm not happy.
