Disgusting, repugnantly poor service. Mailed them a script, 23 December , was called back to say it is ready but there is no driver to deliver, so it will be delivered first thing the next morning, which is today 24 December 2021, I still do not have my medication. Called them and the medication package isn't even made up, then I am informed that they do not have one of the medications so I provide an alternative. half an hour later I get a call and now there is a levy to be paid. more than an hour later I am still awaiting my medication.I just received it and a big thank you to the driver/delivery lady, but the pharmacy staff make me even more sick to think that they are playing with peoples lives, SIES!

(If you need urgent help rather use essential health in Strand.) I have covid and needed my script delivered. A very rude man answered the phone just after 17:00 on Thursday and said I need to send my stuff through to add me on the system. Which I did. Haven’t heard a thing back. Have to run after these people. If you don’t like your job then leave. What a shame. Supposed to help sick people. I’m not surprised by the poor rating this place has.

I have covid and a bad chest infection. I am in a lot of pain and also need antibiotics urgently. Called at midday and was promised delivery as soon as script was received from the doctor. Phoned 15h30 and script had been received and was promised delivery was still coming. It is now night. Nobody contacted me. As chemists they should realize the severity and urgency of this script. UnacceptableIt is now the next day and I have still heard nothing. Tried calling them and the phone was ringing for 8 minutes and not answered. I will never use this Pharmacy again. I now have no script and no way to contact them. DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Have been using them for years. Always friendly and helpful. Owner dirk is amazing with fillers and botox and will advise you if you feel uncertain or want a certain result . Never think twice about going here

Call put through to a dead line, and when calling back, no answer.also website does not load, so impossible to get a prescription sent !

Medicine constantly out of stock and cues are slow moving. I live close by but will be supporting a different pharmacy due to repeated disappointment.
