Was a little disappointed with my visit yesterday at Weylandts. I was looking at the tusk that’s made of Kudu dry bone. I had a concern about how that would tie in my office with regards to feng shui. The assistant said that it’s positive and when doing research it wasn’t positive for feng shui. I would have preferred the assistant saying she isn’t sure, instead of trying everything to make a sale.

Because this store is notorious for poor service and damaged products, I’m in two minds about purchasing a rug from there, my fear is that I will have a damaged rug delivered as has been the experience with many customers. If only they had the option of collecting in the store so you can check the quality before taking it home.

Great sales rep, worst after sale service for a supposedly premium" furniture store. I bought a dining table from this store. It says 10 to 14 day delivery time

Unique stylish furniture. There are pieces for grand large spaces and regular contained spaces. Quality craftsmanship. The furniture, bed lined and kitchen ware is truly inspired.

They have a few hanging chairs presented in the shop but you apparently are not allowed to test them by sitting on them because as they said on that barely visible warning message, they were installed for display purposes only and as a store employee told me “please never do that again as the chairs are installed in a flimsy way and might break off fall down along with you. Unbelievable...

I could move in here. It’s beautiful and you can buy a coffee at the entrance and take your time browsing the incredible furniture and decor. Helpful and friendly staff in an incredible building.

Nice service but they don't like to take back linens so it was very good I called same day about the standard" pillow cases being wayyy to big for standard pillows. So FYI pillow cases run big and they don't like returns.They only took back mine because I notified them."
