Ons Tuiste Louis Trichardt

I can only once again say....what a lovely place and wonderful staff, management and residents at Ons Tuiste in Makhado (Louis Trichardt).My Father was a resident there for many years. He always spoke of every single one of the people there with such praise. From Kitty in management, Lossie Esterhuysen and other medical staff and all employees right through to every member of staff...cleaning and security included. The residents were always happy and the whole atmosphere in this old age home, reminds you of one happy family, with smiling faces and laughter everywhere. Clean , airy living quarters and beautiful gardens filled with trees and flowers. Fantastic food and smilling faces everywhere. Unfortunately my Father passed away a week ago, but he had a family at Ons Tuiste when we could not be there and so far away.. They cared for him with such passion and love, and also professionally. And in the end, when he became so weak and dependent on others for literally everything....there they were. And at times it was indeed very difficult for them, as he weakened and and too became difficult at times and suffered from his illness. But still, they were so kind and helpful with everything. From reading letters and conveying messages to assisting him physically and emotionally....right up to the last breath he took, as we were too late to reach him before he passed away. Even arranging his funeral and all the admin and info regarding this. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. May every single one of you be blessed. I can only recommend this institution to every single person. Some of the residents come from as far as Natal and Cape Town, and I am sure it is because they are the best in the Country. We LOVE you for what you do,
