On the 29th November evening, I ask the lady at the counter that I want a single pork rib rack, but I dont eat chips, can she help me? and yes! The lady helped me and remove the price for chips, I was really happy with the service!And today on the 5th December evening after work, I went back to the same shop, asking for the same thing, the lady at the counter just told me, they dont have that on the menu, and she just keep telling me, no, we dont have! and to be honest, I was really disappointed, it actually pour off the excitement from me going to the steers.Just writing this email to tell as how customer feel, that they can always come up with a plan, and not just saying no, we dont have to a clients.

This is the most convenient steers in the area, relatively fast especially when you order on the phone and collect.Their burger are good but they always add mustard even when I specify that they shouldn't (especially on call order).Overall it's great!

Got the most rediculous service from this steers. We placed an order to be delivered to our guesthouse for the night. I immediately phoned them to confirm that they have received the order - which they did. 30min after I phoned again to follow up how long the order will take and they told me the delivery guy is already on his way. Another 20min went passed and I phoned again. They got rude and put the phone down in my ear. We then phoned again and tried to cancel the order and they put down the phone again. After numerous tries we finally got a hold of someone and cancelled the order and she responded by saying his 2min away from our address. Pathethic service!!!!!!! We did not fake delivery as it was more then an hour old according to my first conversation with these people

Chicken is completely burned, buns are ridiculously hard.Order took 1hour and 15min just a bad experience will definitely not order from steers Montana Crossings ever again

Every time its a waste!!! Place a order for sit down then you get a takeaway. Always have to wait long for your order. Food tme and again cold as if it came out of the fridge and sometimes the chips were lying to long.... does not help to complain.

Not impressed. I've bought plenty meals from this outlet and claimed it as the best Steers outlet out there! Lately we've received oily chips & old buns with our burgers. What's happening??? New management or none?
