Purchased SYM delivery bikes which a supplied by Kawasaki at TRD Boksburg (No. 6, V-Max Centre, Atlas Rd, Boksburg, Johannesburg).The Bikes had many errors on assembly. As the bikes arrives in containers and assembled locally.Is disappointing that Kawasaki does not ensure quality controls on this store (TRD Boksburg). The bikes parts were assembled incorrectly i had to show them, although i am not even a mechanic on what any person can see. They don't take their job serious when it comes to quality.The service is poor, things are done late at all times. May bikes where ready for collection 2 months ago. Even today i still don't have registration documents. They are just parked.Is very disappointing the Kawasaki can allow such mediocrity being associated with such a brand.Now when one buy a bike from this store, you need to do inspections by another qualified mechanic since you can never trust the quality.I recommend Kawasaki to go do some quality check at this place please to protect the brand.
