I got lash extentions done here and it was terrible! The lady did not know what she was doing. She put so little lashes and after 2 days it all fell off. Let me also mention how she glued my upper eyelid to my lower lash line together. And then she told she put the lash in the wrong direction and took a tweezer and pulled off my lash that was already stuck on with glue. I was in a lot of pain! And then the whole time while I was in the room she was talking on the phone and then she told me her boss must not see her playing with her phone.And she was really unhygienic as she was touching my eyes with her fingers.I phoned the head office and I really hope I get a refund soon! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude and unprofessional.They call to invite you for free promotional treatments then force you to pay afterwards.I think twice before going there if I were you.

Just had my brows waxed and had the worst experience ever. The lady who waxed my brows ruined my brows and she didn't know what she was doing. She messed up my brows.Very upset and extremely disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend a brow wax at dreamnails. Never again. I regret it.

Enjoyable treatments by staff, but facilities don't support their talent. Hand and foot massage and pedicure were akward as per washing off scrub... as if proprietary thought not prioritised...no thought given to making the space a spa/ peaceful atmosphere...

Lousy service, girls drag themselves to attend to you and the quality of the work is below average. And they send you specials constantly. Very annoying.

I had high hopes. The technician was a bit mean. The nails polish colors were mostly out so I had to look for 4 different nail art designs. Their prices were really high as well.Down below is what I wanted vs what I got (square)

My nails discolored and one broke on the second day and I paid so much for them. Couldn't go back because I amall the way in the east ra d but overall I wasn't happy at all

I am conflicted about this place. Here is why:Monday July 10th 2017 my friends and I went to this nail salon to get manicures.The manager was really nice and bubbly and headed to all out needs and questions. She worked with the four of us and quickly as possible got the nail techs to work our services.I had Everlet as a technician and she was great. Very kind and attentive. I got a gel manicure, along with a Mini Mani. The conversation was nice and service was good. My experience with her was great and I'd recommend her if you choose to frequent this business.My friend however, had another nail Tech, and she had a horrible experience. She got a French manicure, but the woman who worked on her, complained about my friends hands was entirely rough with her and ripped and cut her cuticles till it bled. She left the place in pain and with bloody fingers.I was in shock at the drastic difference in experience we both had, depending on the nail tech. The manager checked in on both of us after and seemed fine with the condition of my friends nails. However, looking at the pictures, I feel like she had a responsibility to address the condition of my friends hands.Anyways, I just wanted to warn the next person who goes here. This specific nail tech can be really rough and impatient and damage your hands if you aren't careful.

I can't fault the service and management is hands on....however, my past experience has made me think twice if I would visit again or not, on two occasions my gelish polish faded to a different colour, I felt that the products ruined my nail bed and remover left on very long, was burning my nails, did a soak off, applied nail polish (non gel) it started chipping the very next day! Waxing left bruising.... more expensive than other salons for certain treatments

Just had Mani and Pedi with my husband at Dream Nails. This was just amazing including Paraffin treatment. Would go back any time again. Highly recommended!!!
