Lovely grounds for a walk and to feed the birds and squirrels. Loved the big trees and historic monuments throughout the grounds.

What a wonderful afternoon spent here. Beautifully kept. Lawns mowed, swept clean. Tranquility.....peace, very pleasant to just sit and enjoy such beautiful surroundings. Well done and thank you to all that keep this beautiful experience what it is.

Still beautiful even when I visited as a child, it is mostly still the same. Loved the bird's nests and life size natural swing. Made me release my inner child and the gardens are still full of squirrels, birds and even albino squirrels which reminded me of my albino bunny, with red eyes that I love so much. Nice to see he has a cousin lol

It’s a very beautiful garden. Lots of interesting plants, trees and animals.The squirrels were the standout. I didn’t expect to see so many and didn’t realise they would be so friendly. I saw many people feeding them nuts which seems to be allowed here.The biggest downside of this park is that there are vagrants loitering/sleeping around. It spoils the look of the park.

Such a beautiful place. Pity the museum ans art gallery were closed today on the public holiday, but we had the most divine lunch and walkabout! A day of absolute beauty and tranquility!

The Company's Garden - Rose Garden
A very nice and hidden gem in the busy Cape Town CBD. Feels like you entering a magic door and suddenly into an enchanting forrest. This is an ideal spot if you want to go for a quick walk, picnic or even just to relax. Plenty of activities for all, kids and grown ups. There are nice shade spots to sit with green grass and benches for you to enjoy. The birds and squirrels offer some free great entertainment. Just make sure to bring nuts along or some cash to buy some. Definitely a site to visit if you like open space and a bit of adventure.

Beautiful scenery. Paved pathways. Tall,shady trees. Plants and greenery everywhere. Great place to just sit and relax. Bring kids to see the beauty of nature and have fun feeding the squirrels and pigeons. Clean. Safe.

The Company's Garden - Rose Garden
Love the tranquility and beautiful views and interesting walks here in the middle of a bustling Cape Town. It was lockdown level 2 and there were not many people out and about. My well behaved dogs And I walked and sat on the benches and even had breakfast here. There is free WiFi near the Rhodes statue and plenty of tame ducks, pigeons and fast squirrels about. Hey he Houses of Parliament and at George’s cathedral are also close as in the art museum and the observatory. We love this place and will definitely be back
