I have always been a fan of this steers but only to get home and discover that they served us old oily burnt fries and we had to throw all four packs of fries away I had ordered two ribster burgers meals and two quarter chicken everythinh was fresh but not the fries and I always live for their fresh delicious fries but not today ☹

I'm a bit disappointed in the general feel in the store as the staff is not always that friendly and welcoming. Chips is either burnt or cooked in old oil. Chips is never fresh even if I specifically ask them. When you ask for additional sauce and pay for it they even forget to give it to you. I suggest staff look at customer service.

Extremely efficient and wonderfully friendly service by the young lady on duty on 7th March at around 14h00. The rib burger & chip special was superbly prepared and we enjoyed the delicious meal the more because of the great reception. Well done lady.

As a regular it is Always a pleasure ordering food as the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty thank you! 10/10!!!!

This is the third time I visited the store as I live around the corner but I will never buy from this store again even if I have to drive a few km's to another store. The staff have absolutely no customer service at all. I thought let me give them the benefit of the doubt but this will be my last. Sirti g and waiting for my order for over 10 minutes . Store is empty I am the I lay customer. I asked why it's taking so long...no one answers me but rather speak to each other in there own language and then shrugs there shoulders...
