Not even worthy of 1 star.Disgraceful customer service.

Virgin active on the premises was a tick for me. On overall they have most of the shops that you will need. The restaurant side has a view that you will enjoy. They also have a kids section that they can play in. I always buy my wine there.

Internet details shows store open to 19:00, but at 17:00 upon arrival already closed. Please update on internet.Thx

I've had the worst customer service.An employee by the name of Katlego made me regret visiting this store.I asked him for help as it was his department looking for cast iron pans. Katlego simply told me there is no stock and walked away. I asked someone else to assist as I could see he had no interest in helping me. They paged Katlego twice and he never came. I then went to see if they can help me see if they are available at another nearby game. Out of interest I asked that they check if they have them in the store only to find that they do have stock. Clearly I was not important enough for him. We actually found them it's really disgusting that a person can be so lazy and rude yet is employed to work with people.

Great selection and helpfull staff.The salesmen has a lot of knowledge and was always able to advise me on the correct choice to suit my needs.Faulty products were exchanged without any hassle

How can Game Mall@Reds still be in business?We returned a device.They cannot write the amount back to a card, so you have to take cash.However they cannot find R1900. We have been waiting 30 minutes already, but absolutely no urgency or attempt at providing customer service

Got all I needed. Went there twice on separate occasions. The sales team were awesome and spot on. The trouble started when I was at the till and the promotion price not automatically offered. Authorisation was requested but the were ignored until for a while. When I complained the cashier was arrogantly defensive. It was so sickening. Sies!

Most of game shop customer service is bad. Stock is good

Horrible customer service, bought a kenwood food processor and their pricing was R100 more expensive than other places. Made we wait 1 hour so that they can verify the price with hifi corp even though website showed stock available in the store
