Terrible service. Ordered item online to be delivered to store. Got notification item was ready to be collected so went into store. Was told by the staff member by parcel wasn't there. Got phoned the next day to say parcel there I must come collect. Had to go twice there and be inconvenienced because of staff not doing there jobs.

Good service, clean store, friendly stay, good prices.

I encountered unprofessional behavior from an Indian lady today,she talked loudly asking if I needed help and she was standing approximately a meter away from me so Indicated nonverbally asking her to come closer.She told me in a very rude manner that I shouldn't use my hands when calling her.I told her that I'm using nonverbal cue instead of being loud like her.I left her there standing on the ladder and left the store.from another shop

Absolutely terrible experience. I went there this afternoon to buy some clothing. Ended up finding really nice things to the value of almost R1000. When I went to go stand in the qeue to pay, there was only one cashier, working at a snail pace. The qeue ended up getting very long as the cashier was taking her time to help the lady infront of her, only to end up not being able to make the sale as her card machine didn't work. Then she proceeded to move to the next till and recharging all the items that the lady wanted to buy. By this time, one other lady came to help another man standing there with his ID, probably paying a bill, and the clothing queue was twice as long, not moving forward at all. I watched the staff, there were three ladies wandering around the shop not offering to help or assist in any way. It took the cashier about 25 min to help the one lady, after which I just about had enough of their terrible service and proceeded to put down my purchase and walk towards the door. My husband was patient enough to stay and wait in the queue. As I was waiting for him, I saw another three customers leave their goods behind and exit the shop due to poor and slow service. Which probably lost the shop a total of R2000 in less than 30 minutes. This is absolutely pathetic, and not the kind of service you should be accustomed to in such a modern mall. Very disappointed indeed! And judging by the reviews of this shop, this is the general tendencies at this specific store. Jet head office needs to address this issue as their company name is being pulled through the mud by poor management of useless employees.

No staff around to help when you need it,and the shop was very quite

Terrible, absolutely terrible, service lacking completely, store in general is dirty, no social distancing, music is to loud with inappropriate language in between not suitable for small children to be hearing, no people at tills with rows of people waiting to be helped, I do not recommend this store.

Standing in line waiting to pay. All staff standing behind counters only one helping customers. One standing on her phone. Really terrible service. Will never recommend to anyone. BAD SERVICE. Actually want to give them 0 stars ....

Pathetic service from teller and 'manager'. When asked why 2 pairs of the same pants were 2 different prices both just shrugged and charged what the till rang up.
