My visit there today was frustrating. The staff inside the shop didn't know their products and they also didn't even know if they had stock on hand to sell. You would at least expect a hardware store to know what the strength ratio is of the plaster mix and building mix and concrete mix. They couldn't even tell me how many parts stone, sand and cement was in their premix bags. I had to go to the builder's yard and see the bags myself, in order to calculate it for myself.
