Super mixed emotions:ISP, Good to Very Good.Actual customer service face to face in store, what a disaster. I am still thankful for the 1 guy who was eager to help, compared to the other 12 who looked at me like I am not their problem. Small town will have its own unique challanges, but dont treat customers like its a government building...

I would appreciate if a person in a management position can contact me . Reporting a matter and being tot it will be escalated" doesn't work for me anymore. You description on Facebook is misleading and incorrect. Being this big internet producer and forcing your customers to be on a pre paid system

Had the most rude person on whatsapp. They refuse to phone me (as they don't have a telephone no where I can phone them). They would not listen to a voice note and insisted I fill out a questionaire before assiting me. I was calling on someone elses behalf and just wanted general info. If their service is so rude before you are a client.... I would not like to know how there service is when you are a client. Shocking!

My fibre internet ws installed end of February or beginning of March 2021. From day 1 up to now, I can't complain and if I have issues it's been delt with immediatly. From the technicians to the admin personnel absolutely professional. Telkom can learn a hell of a lot from you guys. Keep up the good work

Truecom personnel, services and overall tech and response is truly amazing. I have been with Truecom about a year now at the company I work for and all I have ever received is great service. Even on public holidays and after hours support is great. I truly recommend this company to anyone and everybody. Looking for a quality internet service provider, well!! , this is definitely where you will find it. Thank you Truecom and staff for your valued service... you deserve 10 stars

Were always happy with the service we received, but since the switch to Herotel, we experience many slow connections and no wifi signal time and again. UPDATE.... THE SERVICE HAS IMPROVED AND THE SERVICE AND CLIENTELE IS EXCELLENT.

Until now we had very good service, but you seem te have become just another unreachable big company. I was called by your personnel, for an adjustment to our system. I was called again, to tell me the technitian is waiting at our locked gate. We live on a farm. I told the person it will take me about ten minutes to get there. When I got there, there was nobody. I called te same number, but it seems to be a national number, they din't know the person I was talking to. So now I have to go back. Not knowing when I will have to drive all the way again as I cant keep the gate open. If I wanted to deal with a big, unreachable company, I would have stayed with Vodacom. I will not stay with you if I cant phone a person back on the number that they called from.

They started out good, back when it was still True communications, now you get no internet" more than "internet connected". We are changing to a better more reliable service provider."

True Comm is one of the few places where customers are still treated like customers and not like objects. Always willing to help and understanding. I've been a year with them already, and cannot complain. Keep up the good work.

If you live in Hartswater and want stable online gaming go look somewhere else. During peak times the jitter on the line is 400ms+ and the answer from them is that I may have to get a point to point set up. That will cost me R2500. :D Download speeds are what they are supposed to be though. Just gamers beware. Side note: still better than Telkom.
