Phoned ahead to make an appointment, checked and double checked if there would be enough time to do my nails before loadshedding, and they confirmed that they would be able to assist me, only for me to arrive and then hear that they cannot help me anymore. What a waste of time!! Very disappointed in this brand.

Booked an appointment via MyAppointment 4 days ago for today. Received confirmation and 2 reminders from TT. I was looking forward to my 1st experience with TT. When I arrived their shop was closed. When I phoned I was informed that they were closed due to moving shop? I asked for the owners number and did not receive it
