Bev Allen was recommended to me by Pastel (I could not get the person there to understand my problem and help me over the phone) 20 years ago. She has been our support person ever since and trained our staff and myself in house every time there was a problem to be solved or a new version of Pastel to be implemented. Bev's big advantage is that she has not only a superb knowledge of Pastel, but also understands how accounting works, which makes her perfect to teach accounting on Pastel.
