The worst experience ever. They've been repairing my car since August. Don't answer emails and trying to hide during my visits...

On the 1st of December 2022,Pro beat through Nelson advised me that the bumper and it's components are aftermarket and i should assist them by sourcing the bumper so they can procure it via eft, same day I responded with 4 suppliers where they can procure the bumper with the link on how to procure via eft. On the 6th of Jan 2023 I received a call from same Nelson to advise me that he hasn't procured the bumper and it's components as he doesn't knw how,he advised that I should procure the parts and he will refund me within 48hrs after payment. Dissapointed with the delays I procured the bumper with its components same day so that the repairs won't be delayed further and send them proof and it was delivered after 5 days. I sent my proof of banking details for refund, a wrong calculation of refund was communicated with me which I disputed and a revised value was sent with an extra amount that I must pay which I also disputed as I did pay excess of R4000 as per the insurance policy. After multiple request for my refund to be paid I recieved a call from Pedro who insulted me and told me that I will only be paid my refund after insurance has paid them and sweared at me.I requested an amicable solution and gave them 8 hours to refund me as the 48hrs lapsed 11 days ago and Pedro arrogantly dismissed my request.Pro beat is very unprofessional.

What a horrible service i got for 20 days since my car was booked in, each week Nelson and Pedro kept saying they have ordered parts, I have never experienced such rudeness in my life especially from Nelson. I had to get my insurance to intervene and have my car released which also cost us 20k for storage, imagine paying for their incompetence, this dealership is a disgrace and deserves to be closed down. The only nice people are their receptionists after that its poor service right through. If you looming for peace of mind and quality service, stay away from Pro Beat.

Great service! They really did a great job! Debbie kept me up to date with each step. I almost never leave reviews but after I got my car back I had to write a review. It even took a lot less time than what I expected. I would really recommend them to anybody that, like myself, is very skeptical when it comes to auto body shops. They will definitely see me again.

Second time my vehicle went in for repairs. First time, kudos, excellent service! Second time what a horrific experience, maybe just getting too busy to give the same attention. Got vehicle back with parts missing and some of the repairs not done. They will order. I have phoned about every second week, with the following, Mam, will phone you back. Needless to say nobody ever phones back. After I obviously had a hissy fit 3 months later, the parts arrived. Pedro promised to be at my place on the Friday, once again, disappointment as they want to move it to the Monday after phoning me around 14h00 on the said Friday. Once again I have lost it, as it is the one empty promise after the other. Then they started bombarding me with phone calls to come and replace the parts at my place and I have had no interest. Pedro just gave me a call and blamed loadshedding and tough African circumstances on the fact that their is absolutely no customer service from ProBeat. At no point did any of the employees that ignored my calls or made arrangements with me to be with me, apologised for the fact that there is just no customer services, at no point did any of them phone me out of their own to inform me of the parts not being delivered. It is a pity when a company that had made such an impression on me the first time around, have to fall with their service levels due to them being too busy to offer any customer services.

Had my older Daihatsu sirion booked for a rear bumper repair. Thanks to Gavin and the team. Really professional. The repair was completed in only 5 days, and still good quality workmanship. Keep it up. Thank you!

I received great service from ProBeat. My car was in for repairs with them and they repaired my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time (much quicker than the previous place where the car was in for repairs with similar, slightly less, damage). A friend of mine took his car there over a year ago. Came back with missing parts even though they insisted it was all done. He took it back now and the repair job is poor, with parts being replaced with lower quality than original.
