We went thru the drive way since we were told that after 8pm you can’t walk in the store. On our way the staff could see us walking right through the drive way but payed no attention to us, we stood there for a good 10 minutes by the starting point of the drive thru but weren’t attended. After going to the window where the staff was, we were told to go back to the end and that’s when we were assisted. The lady was so rude and told her colleague to give me “those fries” which resulted to me having food poisoning. Learnt my lesson the hard way.

The service here is the worst really. The attitude I've received from the cashiers is just terrible. I ignored the 1st time and the 2nd time but wow after today I'm reducing my rating from 4 to 2 stars. I asked for no ice and I got my drink with ice and she took it with so much attitude and brought it back not full, I wasn't given a straw and had to ask for one and what's worse is they will gossip about your apparent pettiness" in front of you. I also didn't get serviettes and the kitchen nuggets are oily and don't taste like they usually do. I'm disappointed tbh"

Be very careful of getting scammed here! We ordered meals from the drive through. Usually the cashier would repeat the order or the total amount, but she didn’t which was unusual. At the window, she had two slips and handed the one which we paid by card. After paying we realised it was too much and on close inspection of the slip, saw that all meals were added as separate items, effectively doubling the bill. It appears that the cashier deliberately prints two slips, one with the correct order listed as meals, and the other with separate items. The incorrect slip, containing the inflated charges, is handed to unsuspecting customers who unknowingly proceed to pay the higher amount. Subsequently, the cashier cancels the incorrect slip and pockets the excess amount paid for the separate meal items. In an attempt to resolve this matter, I inquired inside the store. The employees hastily retreated to the back, retrieved the money from the till, and promptly handed it over to me without any explanation or apology.

Wife ordered a meal via the UberEats App for Lunch, she hasn't eaten anything for the day and now has to go without lunch, the driver did not deliver it but marked it as delivered, honestly very disappointed with the service, I hope McDonald's, an international company, can blacklist this driver: Ntale Isimah, because the driver is eating all the customers' food before it's even off the grill.

Wow. I thought McDonalds did systematic quality control but I have now been disabused of that notion. Everything in this place is broken from doors to machines, and this includes more than half their menu screens. They have no menus so one cannot tell what they actually sell. I can’t believe this place dislodged a really good independent burger shop. What a tragedy. EDIT TO ADD: McDonalds do not need my contact details to resolve their issues. They just need to care about customer experience and fix their problems. Here's a novel idea - why don't you visit your store and just do it?

Very nice place with spacious interior with kids area and lounge neatly. Conveniently located on First avenue on the left when going to Linden from Victory Park.

I am a regular and usually happy customer, but an hour after today's lunch of a MacRoyal meal I began to feel very ill. Are the burgers fresh or is this a problem with loadshedding?

Lady at drive thru was rude and impatient. Whilst taking our order she kept talking to some1 in the background & laughing !! When told she should not do that but rather listen & take our order, she than asked some1 else to assist 'these people' as she referred to my husband & I. We ordered no ice but yes we got ice. Fries were undercooked & my double cheeseburger seemed like it came out of the trashcan. When we queried the food we were told that due to it being around 10pm & we were holding up the q we should rather contact H/O!! Pls don't support this branch until some of the staff have proper training in 'attitude'

McDonald's Victory Park Drive-Thru
During/after loadshedding the fries seemed to have been made earlier in the day, but they are making an effort to stay open at least and generally the food seems freshly made. Ocassional mix-up with orders but I feel safer at this drive-through than some of the others.
