Their aircon was aparently broken, we don't know whether this was true or not because we didn't find any remotes in the chalets. We were only provided with one small blanket. Mind you the temperature was 8 degrees last night so you can imagine how unpleasant that was. Staff was not willing to help with additional blanket. Overall unsatisfactory experience.

We arrived last night (15 June 2019), it was obviously an extremely cold night as we are well within winter, so we were shocked to find that there were no remotes for the AC(heater), we called reception and enquired as to why this was the case, we were told that their ACs were broken, note we had booked into 5 units. This was obviously very poor service, an alternative means of heat should have been provided because their chalets are made with stone flooring which provides ZERO heating. All we had was one measly throw blanket each in the cupboard and we expected to make do with that on a cold 8 degrees Celsius night. My brother called reception again and tried to ask for extra blanket, he was met with a very dismissive tone and was told that “they were gonna see what they could do” and needless to say , nothing was done. An overall horrible experience and if I could, I’d rate the guesthouse a negative rating. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using their services.

Good food, vegetarian and friendly service, they go out of there way to help and service there customers

Nice smalltime B&B with restaurant and bar. Have lovely small meals available and prices are really affordable!
